El Tequila started with a simple idea: cook the way our families cook, and treat every guest like they're pulling up a chair at home. Every day starts with fresh tortillas and slow-cooked, tender meats, finished with salsas made in-house — never from a jar, never a shortcut.
Our menu leans into what our neighbors here in San Antonio actually crave — hearty breakfast plates starting at 6 AM, stacked tacos, and our famous puffy tacos that regulars swear by.
